Priority scientific questions

The MedCoast Living Lab’s activities are structured around this question:

Living Lab activities

The MedCoast Living Lab focuses its activities on four main areas:

  1. The NbS and the adaptation of coastal socio-ecosystems to global changes such as sea-level rise and erosion, flood and coastal inundation risks, and spatial restructuring
  2. The NbS and environmental health questions such as pollution, contamination, and decontamination, as well as the emergence of pathogens
  3. The NbS and biodiversity management from the perspective of invasive species, whether plant or animal
  4. The NbS and the Preservation of Coastal Recreational Activities
