Funding large-scale strategic equipment for research on Nature-based Solutions

This initiative, led by INRAE and co-coordinated by the CNRS and IRD, aims to support the acquisition of new research equipment that will enable the French scientific community to address major research questions related to the design and assessment of Nature-based Solutions (NbS). This support will focus on equipment such as sensor networks, environmental DNA monitoring systems, a fleet of drones, and artificial intelligence tools. The equipment will be integrated into long-term research infrastructures, such as living labs, and will also cover areas or aspects of socio-ecosystems that have so far been insufficiently monitored from an NbS perspective.
