Strengthening knowledge sharing and professional training in the field of Nature-based Solutions
Led by the program’s operational team, this action aims to promote knowledge sharing and training for a wide range of audiences, particularly practitioners and investors involved in Nature-based Solutions (NbS). Knowledge brokering will take the form of publishing brochures and policy briefs, producing short films, and the publication of results on the SOLU-BIOD website.
The “professional training” component will include an assessment of the current situation in France regarding NbS, as well as a review of key issues and methods in the field (white papers, tutorials, and websites).
Cette action sera organisée en étroite collaboration avec des acteurs expérimentés tels que l’UICN France, l’OFB via le projet Life ARTISAN, la CDC Biodiversité, le CNFPT (en charge de la formation des fonctionnaires), ainsi qu’avec des acteurs privés comme l’Union Professionnelle du Génie Écologique. Ces activités seront complétées par des journées portes ouvertes dans les living labs SOLU-BIOD et des conférences pour faire connaître les SfN dans la sphère non académique.
This action will be organized in close collaboration with experienced partners such as IUCN France, the French Biodiversity Agency (OFB) through the Life ARTISAN project, CDC Biodiversité, and the CNFPT (responsible for civil service training), as well as private stakeholders like the Professional Union for Ecological Engineering (UPGE). These activities will be complemented by open days in the SOLU-BIOD living labs and conferences aimed at raising awareness of Nature-based Solutions beyond the academic sphere.
